I can not express how much I appreciate your hospitality! You made us feel just like part of your family, and the accommodations are top notch. David and Lisa, the food was outstanding! Lisa I hope you told your mom how good those pies were!!!! David I wish I could post a picture of the Prime Rib you made for us, that was incredible, the picture I took, (yes I took a picture of that meal?) looks good enough to eat right off the camera. Randall, I don't want you to feel left out on the food part………so the coffee you made us was really good too;)! Nick you are some kind of hog skinner, thank you for all the work you did quartering up those pigs for everyone! I also want to thank you and Randall for taking us out each day, I really appreciated that, and you too David! I am so glad to know each of you now and really look forward to seeing you again!

Sorry we took off before you got to the lodge Sunday morning. The guys wanted to get going with a 8 to 12 hour drive.
Just wanted to say thank you for your hospitality while we were there. 1st Class lodge, food, hunt, and people. The guys can't stop talking about how much fun we had and when we are going to come back. Maybe see you at the Nebraska Big Buck Classic.

That was my first outfitted hunt and you set the bar very high if I

thanks for the great weekend! I had a great time hunting and the
food was excellent! I’m glad that Chad invited me to come with him
and the rest of the gang. Your family made me feel right at home the
whole weekend! I enjoyed every minute of the weekend (except when we
had to leave on Sunday). I look forward to being able to come back
for another hunt in the near future!

David, I wanted to thank you and your family for the awesome boar hunt this last weekend.
I have never hunted wild boar before so this was a new experience for me, I did not know what to expect.
The hospitality your family showed us could not have been better! All of you made us feel right at home.
The meals where top notch! Your lodge was clean comfortable and perfect for the hunt.
I like the fact that you spent some time with us in the lodge before the hunt to discuss important facts about the animals we where hunting,
this made the experience much more enjoyable. I lost track of the number of boars that I seen last weekend.
I know that the boar I took was not the biggest but it was a trophy to me. There where much larger boars to be harvested. Please feel free to use me as a reference.
I will be contacting you soon to book a hunt for next year. I know the other guys had a great time but, I will let them tell you for themselves, I am sure you will be hearing from them as well.

it took so long to get this letter out. I wanted to send a letter to
you to put up on your web page or do with what you wanted.
I met David at a boat show in Topeka Kansas. My brother and I
had wanted to go on a hog hunt but were thinking about Texas. What
changed my mind was after talking with David he seemed to be the most
honest guide I had talked to. I went out and looked at the web page
and decided we were going to go. I went on a hunt on April 18 of 2003
the trophy hog hunt. As far as food accommodations and the people that
work for Boar Ridge, they were all first class. Out of 5 of us 4
killed hogs. The biggest we killed was 207, 205, 187 and 167. Not that
there weren’t hogs that were possibly bigger but these offered us
the shot we were looking for (no other hogs in the way and so on). We
saw hogs, LOTS of hogs. The one person in our group that did not kill
a hog saw lots of hogs and had shots. He was just not able to get
himself under control and managed to shoot over and under two very
large hogs. I do not have one bad thing to say about this hunt It was
very professional and I plan to be at Boar Ridge again next year only
I will bring my wife to hunt this time. If you want to go on a Boar
hunt with the chance to see lots of boar, eat good food, stay in a
nice lodge hunt with people that are very professional and go above
and beyond what you would expect this is the hunt for you. David
